These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by GoDesign, including subscription plans, one-off design projects, and digital products such as templates. By engaging with GoDesign, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services Offered
GoDesign provides professional creative services, including:
Ongoing design support (monthly plans)
Web design & development (Framer / Webflow)
Brand identity and visual systems
Presentation design
One-off project-based services
Framer templates (digital products)
All services are delivered remotely and asynchronously unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Plans
Clients on monthly plans (Unlimited Design or Unlimited Design + Web) are entitled to:
Unlimited requests (one active at a time)
Average 48-hour turnaround per request
Access to design or design+web development based on plan
Ability to pause, upgrade, or cancel anytime
Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partially used months, but pausing is available to preserve unused time.
One-Time Projects & Custom Pricing
Custom or one-off projects are scoped individually. Payment terms, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins. These projects may require upfront payment or a deposit, and are non-refundable once work starts.
Template Licensing
Digital templates are licensed for personal or business use. You may modify them, but resale or redistribution is not permitted. All template purchases are final. Support is available for setup questions and basic Framer guidance.
Refunds & Trial Periods
All digital products and subscription services are non-refundable. However, I offer a 7-day trial option for subscription plans — if you’re not satisfied within the first week, you can request a 75% refund, no questions asked.
Revisions & Scope
Each service includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the project scope. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees and extend delivery timelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, clear briefs, and all necessary assets to complete the work. Delays in communication or asset delivery may affect turnaround times.
Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become yours once payment is complete. I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed. All unused concepts and working files remain the property of GoDesign.
Limitation of Liability
GoDesign is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of delivered designs, websites, or templates. All deliverables are provided in good faith and intended for professional use.
